2. 100% cotton
This is a commonly used T-shirt fabric with high cost performance. Although it is not like other high-end T-shirt fabrics, it has been treated with a special process, but it is 100% pure cotton, which still maintains the superior natural characteristics of pure cotton and has good skin-friendly properties. , Good breathability and good hygroscopicity. If you have a small budget and want to wear comfortably, this one is a good choice. Of course, some 100% cotton treated with special processes such as hair removal and softening are also high-grade fabrics.
3. Cotton + Lycra (high-quality spandex), also known as Lycra cotton
With drape and crease recovery ability, this is an elastic cotton fabric with spandex implanted in the weaving process. It feels good in the hand, is more close-fitting, highlights the figure, and is elastic, especially suitable for close-fitting clothing. In the past two years, it has been used on men's T-shirts. Generally, when making T-shirt fabrics, the fabrics with spandex can only be treated with light alkali and low temperature mercerization. This kind of fabric is more suitable for close-fitting fashion T-shirts, and the skinny will be worse. In particular, it should be noted that this fabric should be treated with anti-shrinkage treatment.
4. Mercerized cotton
It is made of high-woven yarn by worsted spinning, and the mercerized cotton fabric is made of cotton. Then through special processing procedures such as singeing and mercerizing, it is made into high-quality mercerized yarns that are smooth, bright, soft and wrinkle-resistant. The high-quality T-shirt fabric made of this raw material not only completely preserves the excellent natural characteristics of raw cotton, but also has a silky luster. Comfortable and casual, it fully reflects the temperament and taste of the wearer.
5. Double mercerized cotton
Using the mercerized yarn made of singeing and mercerizing as the raw material, the pure cotton double mercerized fabric is a pure cotton product of "double burning double silk". Using CAD computer-aided design system and CAM computer-aided production system, we can quickly weave the designed T-shirt fabric. After singeing and mercerizing the grey fabric again, and after a series of finishing, this high-end T-shirt fabric is produced. The cloth surface has clear texture, novel pattern, bright luster and smooth hand feeling, which is better than mercerized cotton, but the price is slightly more expensive due to the need for two mercerized finishing.
